Villa Fave
Villa Fave is located in the charming town of Jávea and offers a spacious and comfortable holiday retreat on a lush plot of no less than 1,100 m². With 230 m² of living space, six bedrooms and four bathrooms spread over two floors, this villa is an ideal place to enjoy peace, space and privacy with family or friends.
On the upper floor you will find a generous bedroom with a private seating area, French balcony, king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom – a perfect place to unwind. The other five bedrooms are located on the ground floor and are spread throughout the villa, providing a high level of privacy. Two of these bedrooms also have en-suite bathrooms.
From the veranda, you step directly into the flat, well-maintained garden, with the swimming pool as its central feature. For families with young children, Villa Fave is particularly suitable: a safety fence can be installed around the pool, which is highly recommended for a relaxed and worry-free stay.
The villa is situated in the quiet and popular residential area of El Tosalet, offering 24/7 security with regular patrols. Within a six-minute drive, you reach the lively promenade of El Arenal, where beach, restaurants and local atmosphere come together.
Living outside
The lush garden surrounding Villa Fave exudes a free and tropical character. With beautiful palm trees, banana trees that really bear bananas, orange trees and a lemon tree, the natural environment of the villa offers a pleasant atmosphere. There are several seating areas spread throughout the grounds, so guests can always find a comfortable spot, whether they prefer some shade next to the kitchen or want to relax by the pool on one of the sunbeds. For families with young children, we can install a safety fence around the pool upon request, allowing you to enjoy the outdoor living space with peace of mind.
Living spaces
In early 2024, the living room and kitchen were completely renovated and given a fresh look with the use of bright, fresh colors in the furnishings. Subtle accents have been added to the decoration of the rooms, such as colorful cushions, works of art on the walls and decorative accessories, which liven up the space. The white walls and ceilings form a neutral background, while the wooden shutters on the windows contribute to the authentic Spanish atmosphere of the villa.
Bedrooms
Villa Fave offers a versatile layout with 6 bedrooms, spread over different parts of the villa. On the top floor there is a spacious bedroom, equipped with a spacious bed of 200x200 cm and a handy sofa bed. The remaining 5 bedrooms are located on the lower floor and are strategically distributed so that they are not all next to each other. This layout provides privacy and space, allowing guests to enjoy a comfortable stay at Villa Fave.
Services
Villa Fave is equipped with numerous amenities to make the guests' stay as pleasant as possible. All windows have new mosquito screens, allowing guests to enjoy fresh air without being bothered by annoying insects. In addition, not only the living room, but also all bedrooms have air conditioning, so guests can always enjoy a pleasant temperature, even during the hottest days. The kitchen is equipped with a range of amenities that make your stay even more enjoyable. In addition to a dishwasher, oven and microwave, there are also many other useful appliances and facilities available.
Internet
With a Cloud Fiber connection of 400MB and a strong modem, there is fast WiFi everywhere in and around the house.

All 6 bedrooms and living room have air conditioning.
Swimming pool
The lovely kidney-shaped swimming pool is in the sun almost all day and is located next to the veranda and terrace. There is a high swimming pool fence for small children, which can be placed if desired.
Sunbeds
There are 8 sunbeds ready along the pool and 4 more sunbeds can be added if necessary. There is also a large yellow lounge sofa in the garden.
Padelrackets
There are a number of padel rackets available for use on the local padel courts. In addition, there are also beach rackets, a jeu de boules set, snorkels, diving goggles, paddles and the like.
